Inzy easily. Tyrone Kane only played one Test and he was absolutely horrid in it.

Very tricky one. Think Inzy has the slightly better overall results but he did face much weaker England attacks on tour than Kane has. Kane is better at going big too.

Yeah but Kane record in SL, SA and India is just atrocious.

England is his most damaging miss. Might have been fine there in previous eras but can't just give him a hypothetical average unfortunately. And yeah Inzy's obvious Asian superiority means Kane needed to win in England.

I can't rule out that he might have been fine in England if he faced the English attacks Inzy took on that were notably milder. Especially in 1996. But I can't give him a hypothetical average there. He has had more chances in England than most other places and unfortunately it hasn't happened. Pujara has a slightly better resume in England than Williamson.

Williamson needs to massively lift his game away from home. The only non-terrible side he has a good record against overseas is Pakistan. It stands out as an awful hole in his CV even in a comparison with Inzi who wasn't amazing overseas himself.

Inzamam Ul Haq , saw him score runs against our best bowlers , Williamson only averaged 26 in Sri Lanka so that's my main reason ..

Kane has only played 4 tests (7 innings) in SL. He got a genius 100 as a 21/22 year old and has failed in his other 6 knocks (I think he was exhausted physically and psychologically in the 2019 series as it came just after the heartbreak of the 2019 World Cup).
