Yes, with nothing to play for in this ODI series. It’s better for him to play in the T20 series as we have the World Cup to prepare for.
No idea what's going on with Evin Lewis, but the fact he's currently playing T/10 cricket in Zimbabwe alongside Irfan Pathan, Robin Uthappa and Samit Patel shows something seriously wrong with player-board relations.

Among spinners from Full-Member nations, only Wanindu Hasaranga and Maheesh Theekshana have more wickets than Kuldeep during this period in ODI cricket.
- Ravindra Jadeja is six wickets away from 200 strikes in ODI cricket. He will become the third Indian spinner to the landmark after Anil Kumble and Harbhajan Singh. He is also three wickets away from surpassing Venkatesh Prasad's tally of 196 wickets.
