*Official* Fourth Test (Old Trafford, Manchester) 19-23 July

Oz get out of jail. As more and more people accept my unofficial Ashes statuses, they’ll go hammer and tong to try and win the series and become rightful holders at The Oval. All to play for. Tune in next week for more!

It would have been a crushing defeat without the rain and 2-2...? You don't think after Headingley and OT, England has the momentum?
By that standard Australia would have won in Headingley as they had the momentum after being 2-0 up

Least uzzy was honest in that interview and admitted Australia sucked this test and didn’t over celebrate and said they gotta focus the next test

Hugely frustrating end to the match and it'll be tough for England to get back up for the final test.

I said before the series started that things would need to go our way, and at times it did but when the Aussies needed the luck, they got it here.

Whilst is disappointing not to win the Ashes back, it's been a very encouraging series. We've been more than a match for the the Aussies, and the future is bright.

England definitely have the momentum they have a batting line up now who have just scored runs plus they’re bowling reduced us to an under par 300 and guys like wood and woakes got plenty of wickets this test. Our batting line up is still shaky and we just got tonked for over 600 in an innings.

Momentum is the last thing they have now. They must be really flat given how well they played here and they won't get to win the Ashes back

No, those were two close tests with both teams having their chances. Headingley was close but this was the 1st one in the series that was completely dominated by one team. Anyway, we'll see what happens...

Yeah it would have been deflating seeing Aus escape because of the rain but in my opinion doesn't detract from their performance here and won't impact their confidence heading into the Oval...

I always feel the momentum is entirely on the end result

Perfectly fine to feel otherwise

I disagree think momentum is about what’s happened recently. England pretty much put on a complete performance without the Win. We couldn’t be much crapper than this test. A lot of their batters and bowlers picked up form and confidence this test. While some our batters still got out cheap and some our bowlers might be on their last legs this series.

They aussies they interviewed now weren’t that upbeat at all they know they got a ton to do to win his next match

I like how none of these video montages from sky show Marnus ton yesterday

And thank **** no open top bus parades with Stokes and McCullum

What annoys me is we gifted two test to a bang average Aussie side but at least we woke up and were on course to put it right. Then the bloody rain intervened and it will go down in the books that we didn't win back the Ashes.

Total embarrasment.
That’s ok we gifted one test to a bang average England one

What I'm saying is that they will feel lot better and minds will be a lot clearer going to the Oval

There are some fantastic players there and they have played some great cricket in the first 3 tests which is why they are 2-1 up

We’ll see what works just hope they don’t get rolled like in 2019 last test. Let’s see if they have the guts to drop green or haze for neser or Murphy next test
