In England we've done that as a matter of course for 20 years now.

Marsh has been great I think his purposely dropped his strike rate to survive longer and not played as aggressive and hard to reduce the risk of his wicket his got a clear plan out there. Very solid defense think everyone has to bat around him and green maybe increase the run rate
