Moronic. Much better keeper than Sarfraz and better batsman too away from home. Drop Shan and play both Sarfraz and Rizwan if they must.

It's harsh and a bit surreal. Not long ago he was the second best WK/Bat in the world behind Pant.

He still is. I think they played Sarfraz ahead because the NZ series was at his home ground. Unfortunately Sarfraz scored a ton (after dropping KW on 40 who then scored 200*) and now they're stuck with him.

Yeah he was dropped in a disgusting selection blunder second only to Zahid Mahmood. A totally random move, and then it paid off. Kinda.

250 is the cut off beyond which Pak may feel they let go of a great opportunity IMO.

But the way the pitch is playing it seems 350 is par.

Also, Pak bowling looks light. They should have played that Mo Wasim or some seamer allrounder ahead of Salman, I feel. Did they play Uncle Noman just because he is SLA?
