Looked like India were playing for milestones, They probably would have declared if Jaiswal got his double , then they waited to see if Kohli could get his hundred , Jadeja seemed to be protecting his average and Kishan just wanted to remain not out cause 1 off 20 is definitely not Ishan Kishan .

Yeah definitely felt like everyone was batting for individual milestones that innings especialllt after Rohit got out. 2.75 run rate is pretty low after batting over 150 overs

They are just playing this series for stat padding. Most of them hasn't scored and has lot to prove. That's why. Plus the early dismissal of wi give them even more chance.
