Is this an abnormal about of no balls for a series? Can't work out whether it is recency bias but it seems a daft amount thus far.

There have been a total of 63 no balls in the series so far but it's nowhere near a record for even a single match ..

The record for the most no balls bowled in a single Test match is 103
West Indies vs Pakistan at Bridgetown in 1977 ..

I guess Imran Khan & Sarfraz Nawaz vs Colin Croft , Joel Garner and Andy Roberts was not a great time for the batsmen

True, he's just got a more solid defense than the other 3 though. I'd add Stokes to the list who won't be tempted (at least recently)

Duckett is a fine player. If he gets the result with a different approach then its not a problem.

realistically from this position though I don't fancy England to make much more than 250 - 300 at a push. So if anything it's equal or Austrailia still ahead

theyve trended downwards in their last three completed innings Australia

100 for 7

80 odd for 7

and todays 23 for 6

got to be concerning even though they are winning the series
