Well England have. Only they could have forced a result on this pitch, unfortunately, it's not looking like it's going to be for them.
Oh yeah it's absolutely down to England's tactics - another team would have batted for two days on that wicket up front, put on 550, and put us all to sleep.

Be interesting to see if green brings out the sweep now that moeen's going around to him. Green's relationship with the sweep has always confused me. Made it his signature shot for a single innings in sri lanka then just stopped playing it.

Yes. The teams have contrived to make it a good game, like they did at Rawalpindi.
That's not true at all. The pitch has atleast started to grip more and more and both spinners have found some bite. Its not an ideal pitch but you've been way overstating it imo.
