* note: Waugh was an ineligible pick, but that's not Pothas' fault and it's too late to change now given the domino effect. We'll continue as it is, unless anyone has a sufficiently strenuous objection.

That is the situation yes. Mightily unfortunate, or not.

Pick coming soon.

I've been thinking along similar lines. Is the current trend indicative of the age demographic participating?
I don't think it's so much an age demographic point as it is that most of the good players who get you back into the 90s have been picked already, and so it's difficult to make a good pick that also opens up the timeline a little more.

Maybe some people trying to keep the picks limited as well as a tactical decision to make other people's teams worse.

I think it's more that any move to pick earlier players will benefit not the person who does so but the next guys. Especially when ankitj's turn comes up we must kill the player pool to stand a chance.

Holding in particular has sat tantalisingly just out of reach for aeons.

I can't speak for others but my last pick was exactly that, could've chosen other good options but will hurt me more, especially with my draw luck being this bad currently rather stay current for now. I foresee a mad rush in one of the future rounds.

Edit: Response to ataraxia as his post is a interesting one to my pick as i didn't do exactly that . as i could have .
