Do not disrespect Peter McIntyre with the bat pls Langer and Ponting

He needs a statue outside Adelaide Oval. As does Shane George

Green is a ridiculous talent, an obviously generational one and you have to be lobotomised or trolling (or both in TJB's case) to not see that (and he has done some really vital stuff with the ball already, moreso than the bat), but he hasn't done anything like what Stokes has achieved so far.

Stokes was the only reason England were in the game at all at Headingley even before he came out to bat.

Whatever it takes!!!
Such an annoying thing that we finally hit upon the right bowling strategy, even with this attack that has been selected and they were already 200 ahead. :(

What was Stokes' record after 20 tests? Green averages 37 already with the bat which is probably higher than Stokes has ever reached. Stokes is a better bowler but then the Aussie attack is so strong they don't necessarily need their fifth bowler to be as strong as their main ones.

Paul Rofe and Peter George of similar standing too.

Rofe and George managed to be horrible enough to keep Gary Putland out of the #11 slot most of the time. Horrifying.
Absolutely, that was a terrible tail. One of many for the SACAs over the years

Sloon also deserves a mention here. As does Mark Harrity

Time to hit out or get out now. Not achieving a lot by batting like this given that we probably only have four sessions' worth of play left.
