India can't chase this, it's already too high but maybe they can bat out a day for a draw. Wonder how many overs face today. Will Australia declare once they get to 400?

Like seriously are the Aussies playing for a draw or what
Eh I don't mind it. If they get out slogging fans would still demand their heads on a plate since there's plenty of time left and not yet enough runs to justify just having a slash. Green seems to be a bit block-bash at the moment in tests which isn't ideal but all rounders usually take ages to figure out their game.

India's use of Axar as sub fielder after each bowler has finished their spell makes one think the new paying conditions (shorter time period before can't bowl) on time spent of the field might not be having the needed effect.

Isn't this a 6 day match?

EDIT
Not according to cricinfo. No idea why I thought that.

Thanks gents. Actually, there is rain forecast for late afternoon tomorrow. Not that I foresee India lasting that long.

Incredible win for the Brumbies v the Hurricanes in a Super rugby 1/4 final.

Australia should win comfortably, but India still has a 5% chance imo.

That's not what Green was doing though. His plan, if that's what it was, to Jadeja was just awful. There was no end-game except getting out, and it wouldn't have been acceptable in any game situation let alone when you're 350 ahead looking to set a target.
Considering Stokes can't bowl atm, he probably is.
I would take Neser ahead of Green as a test all-rounder right now
