Yet the India-Bangladesh all-time XI would be handily beaten by the Eng/Aus/SA/WI/NZ one. The split in ATG cricketers ≠ the split in population.About a billion people use Devanagari script in SC. exceptions are Pakistan, South India and Sri Lanka

I was thinking of that. Jackson scored one of his test hundreds opening, so maybe a direct swap for Jacques would be better. But his FC average of 33 does cross my mind, though I know you can apply some adjustment for era.FSJ was a bigly gun in tests so probs deserves a spot. Perhaps move Andrew Jones to open and shaft Jaques. Bit of a shame there's no spot for Jessop in there unless go light a batter, but he isn't really good enough anyhow. but #bazball of course necessitates him, and for that matter Will Jacks iirc
Does Yusuf Youhana qualify? If you wanted a bit of fire in the attack, there's Colin Croft and Patrick Patterson to call on too.Hmmm, does he even make that...?
Gordon Greenidge
Graham Gooch
Richie Richardson

Colin Cowdrey
Mushtaq Mohammad
Tatenda Taibu

Mutthiah Muralitharan
Morne Morkel
Azhar Ali and Peter Pollock desperately unlucky and they could easily come in for Richardson and Morkel.
I've used the names they were known by (I know that Greenidge and Cowdrey had different first names, and that I could include Jack Russell otherwise).
There's probably a better keeper than Taibu, and there must be some others I'm forgetting but this is off the top of my head after several glasses of Bordeaux so will have to do for now.
Unfortunately Zulch has to bat at 5 (he has done that in the past) to allow the two other openers to get out cheaply in time for him to still blunt the new ball.Ignoring the bad alphabetisation, Zulch was an opener (and fairly good actually). Bowling attack looks light – maybe put @Zinzan in there: he famously dismissed Crowe after all.
wrongIm aware there is an Uz and a van, but those bits are not the real surname part, just fluff to make it more grand.
I am just going by the cricket database. Are you telling me that Zaheer is greeted as khan?wrong
