How the **** does Root still average less than 50?
Not really put together a monstrous 4-5 year run of form where he averages 70 odd yet to pump the average up. The guy prefers to just be consistently really good for the most part.

Could this be Wagner's last test match?

Get to 250 wickets hopefully and bat us to a gutsy rain-affected draw then retire.

Just reading this CricInfo interview with Shaun Tait who is bowling coach for Pakistan. Sad but true it seems if you think about Ferguson. Mark Wood plays all three?

There's no way - no way - an express fast bowler can now play all three forms consistently. That's for sure.

The nice thing about having a **** average is that getting to the mid 30s improves it. Up the Pope.

Get a hundred, cheers. I'm going to bed

He's been doing that for over a year now. Bloke's completely cooked.
Which we all know except for the coaching staff apparently. As I always say you’re better to lose a guy a year early than a year late. Should’ve been cut before last summer.

Southee might need to take 15 wickets in this match lol good bowling

150/3 isn't a bad showing if you ignore the speed. We can still turn this into 250 all out if we hold our nerve.
