If it's really sunny and a hard dry pitch, then Maharaj will definitely play a vital role. He gave quite a few headaches to the Aussies on the last visit.

If Lyon was an Indian he wouldn't get into a club team.
This is a despicable opinion and I will not stand for it.

But even if it were true - so what? "Club" Indian spinners wouldn't get into Sydney grade teams either. I was a better bowler than some of them ffs. Bowling spin in Australia is just an inherently different art to doing it in India, with large crossovers.

I find Lyon to be quite one dimensional. In a stronger era he would be getting hammered.
