Yep , just that the selection policy is such a circus that Shaw being in the squad would be the first step to reintegration with Rohit Sharma nearing the end of his career .
Dropping players may be a circus but let's be fair and say that it's not like they're making egregious mistakes or taking bold calls in giving chances to Shaw/Agarwal/Gill/KL. Rohit is the only standout here and even then it's not like he's disappointed a lot in his chances when available.

Remember when KL and Rohit carried the Indian test lineup to basically winning in England 6 months ago?
First two tests yes Rahul was great , the last two tests basically nothing ..the story of Rahul's career , and he's not getting any younger at 30 , atleast with Shaw and Gill time is pretty much on their side ..

Reminder that India A scored 3/170 vs Taijul but he has 2/7 here.

Dump this batting lineup and pick the A Team instead

Whatever it takes!!!
Lol @ Manju saying Virat paid the price for playing across the line.

If anything, he would have had a better chance trying to play it to midwicket or even square leg. He missed it coz he tried to play with a straight bat ffs.
