Bowling with some real energy here Lockie, some of the runs he's conceded has been unlucky.
Like that french cut for 4. Still a chance for a 5fer.

Milne hasn't been terrible but what's let him down badly is the 1 or 2 bad balls per over, he's been punished pretty much every time.

Six overs in the last ten left of Henry/Milne-having-a-bad-day/Santner. Could be ugly.

Not sure death bowling Southee is going to be much relief either.

Mitchell is a good domestic death bowler, even though it really seems like he should be awful at it. I'm kind of surprised it's never been tried at international level, even though it probably wouldn't end well.

Iyer has been lucky to get breaks between the opportunities he is getting to fix his issues with short balls, strike rotation and pacing the innings. He is still the exact same batsman he was a couple of years ago. Hope he quickly makes some adjustments coz most likely he'll end up in the WC squad.

Sure he is doing well in this match, but he is simply blocking the deliveries or going for big shots, not looking to rotate the strike. And as usual, he starts off defensively than randomly decides to go hard(should just play each ball on its merit at the start and then cut loose instead). Don't think batters can randomly switch to aggressive shots out of the blue, Iyer should be more positive in his approach.
