Personally, I have found Cummins significantly better than Bumrah so far, although Bumrah's absolute best is probably better than Cummins.

Nah, Bumrah is a gun bowler who has performed in all conditions, the difference between them is minor at best.

I guess I was referring to the difference in quality between them. Cummins and Garner are definitely better but by a small margin. McGrath vs Wasim is another similar one.
