Well, this gives the bowling team confidence when there are runs on the board.SA are bowling really well.
And I'm not entirely sure why Bairstow reviewed that. Or why Root didn't invite him not to bother.

Like his great ancestor, it's now time for some serious exploring.Livingstone, this should be like a T20 to him.
He's going to have to go some if England are going to get close. It looks like SA's score is over par, and England have problems with their ODI attack.Livingstone, this should be like a T20 to him.

This target is like 360 due to the fact that these guys spend most of the afternoon in the field and now when it comes time to bat they are a bit under-cooked. That opening partnership should have batted with a more positive intent...He's going to have to go some if England are going to get close. I don't know if your first point was serious, but in case it was ...I wish I know who his great ancestor is.

Yeah, I'm not sure what's happened to Roy, but he's looked out of sorts for a while now. I suppose Salt is the next in line. Buttler's scores since taking over the captaincy are beginning to be a worry, but he should be OK in time. And yes, our bowling just looks unthreatening, although we are missing a few today.Jason Roy is past his sell-by. His strokeplaying instincts seem to have deserted him and he certainly doesn't have the technique to be the anchor to Bairstow's aggression. Not sure what purpose he serves anymore in a batting line-up this deep (on paper anyway).
English bowling though...as things stand I see them giving up 400 more than once in Indian conditions.
Okay, I'll agree with that.I don't know if your first point was serious, but in case it was ...

Your second point may be valid, but I think you mean 'over-cooked' in these temperatures. And England's ODI attack is relatively weak. From what I saw, SA finished up at 6.7 an over without taking many risks.
