Luke Georgeson, if struck to the Ireland contract would have opened batting and bowled 10 overs each time. Not even close to being a regular in the Wellington red ball or white ball side. Now you get what we're up against and why I'm for the first time in many years is not up beat about how we have gone about in this series. In fact barring this game we've been given a good run for money. That with us winning the toss every time and getting the best use of conditions each time.

How unlucky only young scored less than run a ball.

Bracewell wasn't out once in the entire series. Make hay while sun.

Don't mind getting it wrong but I'll give him one series, max two. Having watched west indies carve up off spinners I shudder at the thought. Imagine Pollard or Pooran or anyone from that side for that matter. Dhananjaya a reasonable bowler with tricks up his sleeve was smashed for 6 sixes only recently. Good luck bowling offies to west indies.
Forget about his bowling, that's just another string to the bow so to speak.
He's averaging nearly 100 with the bat, as is Daryl Mitchell.
What team has ever had 2 players averaging 100 at the same time, we're a shoe in to win the cup next year.

But then he gets good shape on the ball that's why he's there

Nicholls got to be the most ugliest batter going around surely. I can't think of anyone that's as bad aesthatically. Reasonable knock though but I'm glad to forget this series in a jiffy.

Why do we have to play so many one day games vs Dutch, Ireland etc back to back with such frequency. Don't mind playing them but 4 back to back series? Way too many.
steve smith is up there

which means that marnus is too i suppose

caught myself up a bit. has someone close to guptill passed on? his look at the heavens at the ton was pretty emotional, and he is usually a happy go lucky dude.

Does the NZ t20 event pay good money?

Someone their could look at him if he is free.
A few years ago the tournament had some interesting overseas players pop up with a Stokes in banishment being the headliner. Wonder if they still have such pulling power now.

That on-drive by Tector off Tickner was textbook. Stirling is so entertaining to watch. I hope Ireland get close here.
