Stumped!

The TNTs take on Moo CC atm...

I like this budding rivalry, even though we've been at the winning end on both of the previous occasions.

So far, they have us 39/1 in the 9th. The very prolific Meyiwa is back in the shed.

International Captain
4th June through to 3rd August for the group stages, after which we organise the KOs on our own. Lovely. ZCC have stocked up on Time-Turners so we will be able to field full-strength XIs in both the CWC and the League T20 matches on Wednesdays  Timings work out a lot more nicely for FHK.

@JOJOXI I'll work on a google sheet for points table over the weekend. All Stumped lets you do is edit the outcome (win/loss). We'll need to manually track NRR.

@Magrat Garlick @Charlie B @Shri @honestbharani

I know the latter 2 won't be super active but just tagging to give notice of fixtures being generated. I think everyone else has posted in here since the quoted post.

Another loss for the TNTs but happy to have kept Moo under 250 runs... TNTs batting needs some serious development before they become competitive. Thanks for the game @SillyCowCorner1 .

Win or lose from where I am today... it is very frustrating when you are cantering to a win, only two wickets down chasing a low total, with your best batsman still to come in and suddenly you lose 4 wickets in 6 overs, including two run outs. And I`m deliberately placing more experienced batsmen lower in the order because I keep being told that its my players lack of experience under pressure than is causing the collapses... this should not have been close at this stage.

Ncanana experience and Burgers lusty blows getting TMO home quickly... can still do without the stress...

Important game, as it was against my biggest (only really!) competition to get back into 2nd div next season as planned.

Sometimes when the other team gets a gun fielding unit, you tend to lose wickets in clumps…and the dreaded run-out when two batsmen are well set. It’s frustrating…I’m still waiting to see a “caught and bowled” in this game.

“Hit wicket” is more common in this game than “caught and bowled”

Technically my fielding unit was slightly better.... I do think that the superstar trait sometimes plays a role...

Special mention for Levy who again scored well... and held the top order together... still long way from his potential and hopefully just becomes a beast.

42-ish is generally the lower bar (Lester Shum aside!), bigger for the big three. It seems that Nat managers generally want to know of any 40+ players.

It’s what I like about this game, the many variables attached to players…and the wildcard characteristics. At times it garners a love-hate relationship with me…but I’ve learn to accept whatever comes my way.

The Levy name is strong! For GG CC, we have Ernst Levy, maxed out on almost all his skills (he’s a low-30s pot all rounder)
Experience is 20, Bram Human’s better half in the opening partnership. I don’t wanna let him go. He’s too valuable to the team.

Tempted to turn my affiliate into a money ball project rather than homegrown.

Opening bowlers with 15/15/1 or something. The sorts of players who get looked over.
