First 3 points for Everton for a while.
Just after the Gerrard slip I believe. I was overseas so never saw the Palace game but got the impression they were trying to pile the GD on as they were likely to finish level on points with City. But that was never happening anyway, I think City won 4-0 the following night. And hence they imploded. The best Palace v LIverpool game was that one where Liverpool were closing in on the title and were 3-0 up with 10 mins to go
That's with hindsight though. I think they needed to rack up the goal difference but who knows how the season pans out if Liverpool don't **** it up.Given city won that weekend, Liverpool wouldn’t have won the title even if they’d beaten Palace. But it was still one of the funniest games.
Assuming it's Middlesbrough who are the home team, I doubt they'd want the liability that might arise from selling away end tickets to anyone who wanted them, particularly to an away support as cunty as Chelsea's.Ignoring how insane a request that is. Why can’t the home club just sell tickets to the away end to the Chelsea fans?
Someone somewhere would have to stump up the cash for the tickets though. I don't think you can charge one set of fans an admission price while letting in the other set without paying.Presuambly there's nothing stopping Chelsea just giving their tickets away to their fans either
