TBH I do think this pitch might break up late. It has done some odd things at time and Shaheen did manage to get some reverse.....

But yeah, this was the best chance of Pakistan getting a win and Lahore is traditionally ultra-flat. This is looking about as flat as the Pacific Highway.

Uber annoying how much Smith is getting out in the 60's and 70's. OK it's not a complete wasted start, but when he was always ultra-reliable for a ton...

First mistake he's made all Test too, and at the worst possible time too.

All 3 wickets have been pretty damn fluky. One great ball out of nowhere, a bullseye direct hit and then a screamer off an edge. Very easily could've been 1/300 or something.

Alas the negative line has sort of worked. Struggle to see Australia getting much above 400 now, and I don't think that's going to be enough on this deck where batting 3rd could be nasty.
