England aren't quite there hey? No intensity at all in the field. Even the wicket celebration seemed oddly muted.
Yeah it’s been noticeable all day so far. Ideal bowling conditions really. Deck doesn’t have a lot in it - bit of grass but it’s been dry here up til today so it’s not under done - but they’ve had a few stops and starts, bowlers should be fresh and a fair bit of cloud cover. But they’ve been pretty flat.

Feels like 1/50 is a better start than expected given the overhead conditions

Wtf is this Julian and Waugh segment? I've got it on mute, so I'm just seeing them walk around a forest looking serious.

A disgrace they are not playing. It is not raining! Sydney has only seen 0.6mm in 3 hours. That's not rain

And considering how much it does rain at Sydney, the refusal to invest in the English style covers that take much less time to take on and off is just another resplendent example of the utter stupidity of the Australian cricketing establishment.
The SCG Trust? Modernise? That'll be a day.

Why are the umpires standing around chatting. People have paid money for a ticket. Get the flock out there and play cricket

Love how it was fine at 3:40 and they called tea instead of playing on after a 90 minute rain break, then it rained and they’re only getting back on now.

cricket does itself such a huge disservice so often
