Yes, fast is badLook I'm totally with you that Shoriful has been better than Taskin, but Ebadot has been entirely gash to the point where randomly asking Mushfiqur to send down some meds instead would not have been worse.
Ebadot? Really? If Liton had caught either of Young's edges, I'd almost have Bangladesh as favourites. They've got what you need for a flat pitch baking in the sun - a spinner getting some bounce and a genuinely quick bowler....
Well Taskin is supposedly borderline Quick and Ebadot has been consistently fasterEbadot? Really?
Bowled 140+ all day against Pakistan and is starting to generate some heat here FWIWEbadot? Really?
Lol yeah, might have been a good match not to drop the bloke who just took a 10-fa* Is the Bay Oval the ground to play our 3 swing bowlers + Wagner, and a part-time spinner? Need a bit more variety in the attack on these type of pitches I feel.
142 kph is pretty sharp...Ebadot? Really?
He's hit Taylor, did Conway for pace, and hurried up Young, one aerial edge evading third slip.Ebadot? Really?
One of the commentators earlier likened him to SirajHe's hit Taylor, did Conway for pace, and hurried up Young, one aerial edge evading third slip.
He was awesome in that apell before tea tbhEbadot? Really?
He was complete **** to the point of parody for a good number of matches but has improved massively under Ottis Gibson. His pace has gone up and he was actually consistently 140+ bowling on hot days on dead Deshi decks vs Pakistan. For some reason he's actually been slower in this match.Ebadot receives a lot of crap and his accuracy does go to pieces at times, but his pace is not bad. I can see why Bangladesh coaches/selectors have hopes of turning him into a decent bowler.
All speeds have been down for all bowlers which suggests he might hit higher 140s elsewhereEbadot is sharp but there's levels between 'bowling 140s at his peak' and being a 'genuinely fast bowler'.
Guess he has stood out in this Test with all the other seamers not hitting those speeds.
