Blundell's keeping has really fallen away in the last couple of years. I suspect it was the couple of years of travelling around as reserve keeper and never actually playing, along with becoming our replacement opener - IIRC he played a few games last year for Wellington purely as an opening bat. His first stint in the test team keeping was pretty tidy.

Cricketers are dumb. Get 4 posters from CW to run a bowling attack as a brainstrust and you'd never lose a match.
Now imagining CW controlling a voltron-like robot bowler. Don't think we'd lose a match... don't think we'd even make it onto the field.

The field would be meaningless my dear friend. What point does a field serve if the bowler gives away no runs?

hmm...does anyone think Santa actually made a bit of a meal of that? He wasn't jumping at full stretch there, he's taken it only just above head height but kinda dived backwards. Feel like he could've been jumping straight up.

Yup don't remember it being this unreliable. Now that he has the job full time hopefully he gets to focus on it this season and turn it around.

Gotta love when the keeper grabs a rank ball bowled wide down legside and pantomimes going for a stumping like it was part of some great plan.

Finally... Phew. That was looking pretty **** for us. Ok please try Rachin from the other end. I can't see us getting to 200 in the first inning and 100 in the second on this deck
