I think most in the Pakistani establishment, not just the reactionary section, have taken the NZ-ENG pullouts as a personal affront and have subsequently gone on jingoistic hyperdrive. It's a strange dichotomy in our part of the world: the same people used to saying "chalta hai" in the face of assorted **** that life throws at them can get so worked up over imagined insults to the nation's pride.

Its especially silly coz the same ones were lecturing why Indians should not take things that way not that long ago. I suppose entire social media is just a block of glass houses anyways, and yet no one can resist throwing stones at others. lol.
