I mean you’re right. But CA’s past behaviour leaves me cynical. I’m far from convinced that if the same thing were to happen to India they’d also rule out playing against each other.

Ireland can lowkey be a good test with Australia if the wicket is swinging a bit. Not that they will win or anything, but it will be an excellent test to precede the Ashes for the Aussies.

I have a mate who has always describes the Australian cricket team as the Taliban of world sport. I wonder if he's going to change that now.
