On a test 7 years ago, sure. I did watch it, and recall Warner playing an amazing knock on the last day. Still had way too much grass than normal and is not comparable to Gabba this year which was as typical a Gabba wicket as you could get in Jan.

I can see the tour being amended somewhat but I think at least some of the states will be at the 80% mark. I think the Ashes will still go ahead, there's too much to lose for it to not go ahead.
