Bowl channel, nothing fancy, they're not going anywhere on this deck if you play well. They might 36 themselves, they might not. Make sure they go nowhere regardless. Make them think about setting a total for as long as possible.

Nice work from the lower order, though the new ball came at just the wrong time for India IMO, spin would’ve undone the tail earlier possibly.

Hope Southee and Boult start well here, leak too many runs early on and the deficit is wiped out in no time.

OK I'll do one.

Lead is nowhere near enough, India gonna treat this like an ODI and go at 5s, we'll have to bat for 2 sessions and get spun out by Fatman and Zorro.

Realistically we're looking at setting NZ 200. Don't think we're getting more than that, every chance we get rolled for far less lol. 200 to get in just over a session for NZ tomorrow.

Bat normally today, see where you end up. Good start, push on and try for the total. Bad start, kill the game, pour buckets of water on the outfield etc.

nah, this is too defensive. No way we're taking 10 wickets in a session, it's risking a win to avoid defeat.

I think 150-175 is a good score. Make them believe they can get it, make them come at us.

If India are in a position to declare, I think it'll be a minimum of 200 in two sessions for NZ to get.

more like we'll get bowled out lol. Really don't think it's India's game to make at this moment.

Nah, I don't think Rohit and Gill will be able to survive just playing normally. Think they'll want some quick runs.
