Stumped!

Rather peeved to lose my Dev game against a side 6K worse than me, but I'd effectively got #2 on the table all sealed up anyhow, so I don't mind too much. Rusty Frost's 37 (30) the best part of it, but after the opening partnership it all went downhill to a 5-wicket loss.

Winton CC are thrashing ZCC in a developmental friendly right now. Sent us in to bat first on a minefield of a pitch and bowled us out for just 129. I'd blame the fact that I didn't appropriately set orders for this set of conditions, but nevertheless our batting is kind of dire. They're now cruising in the chase at 80/1. We actually outrate them significantly, but that doesn't matter when you fail to get runs on the board. Next time I pay closer attention to the conditions!

FHK beat GG CC in a runfest at GG CC CG. I thought they batted really well to score 188/9 on a slow, dry, somewhat worn track. Lai O Yin and Lester Shum combined for 8-0-64-6 but the seamers got thumped, especially with the new ball. I was worried there would a massive upset on the cards (we outrated GG CC by 17K!) but it turns out their bowlers couldn't quite back up their batting heroics. Kovrig (72 off 40), Chow (55* off 45) and Yau (49* off 21) chased the runs down with 3 overs to spare. Must be some mighty small boundaries down at GG CC CG.

Another dev friendly against @ataraxia away from home, results in another loss. With a better quality pitch my batting could not quite post a decent enough score against the ataraXIa side, who chased down the total in the 34th over . Still feel that it is a continued improved performance by the team and manager!

This was a shootout. Like an IPL match at the Chinaswamy Stadium.

My two Humans are really the mad max type of batsman. I couldn't believe it when i saw the scorecard and Bram hitting 5 sixes...Too top-heavy tho.

Mooo about to do battle against GG CC in a DEV friendly that starts at the top of the hour. We played them a couple of days ago and the gulf between the teams is distinct. GG CC is the better team.
