A few early wickets and the Windies could run through here. The pitch hasn't been mucking up at all though

Joshua Da Silva is probably one of the biggest finds the West Indies have stumbled upon in years I reckon (Unless Mayers continues to contribute with both bat and ball)

It’s been a good wicket so far. I expect it to deteriorate a lot throughout today.

Yes, Joshua is probably the most technical batsman we have right now. He’s opened in a few FC games in the past...

Yesterday there was a special piece on Kyle Mayers...he said that his aim is not to be the best player in the world; but the person who wants to win games for his team.
That’s quite a departure from Universe Boss-dom.

was this something to be expected in your opinion? Especially Gabriel has a pretty good body of work behind him
Shannon has been wasting the new ball for the last 3 tours. I think he still has lots of value but not as the opening bowler. Look at how Alzarri is swinging the ball? So much better.

This has all gone **** up all of a sudden. Joseph needs to work on his consistency. Too full from Roach first up

I’m already loving this Nissanka guy. Beautiful technique— which can only get better. His forward defense reminds me of Ramnaresh Sarwan.

This is really well poised imo. Sri Lanka are looking good and building a lead, but with their tail things could end very quickly once the next wicket goes. Have really enjoyed this match so far

The ball is doing things when Alzarri pitches it up. Late tail-in into Dickwella finds him a bit uncomfortable.

If only Joseph can do this on a more consistent basis.

I think for the sake of the WIndies fans here I should stop watching. So far in this match I saw Day 2 from Cornwall coming out to bat until the close, Day 3 from Nissanka coming out to bat until the close and tuned in today just as Dickwella was walking out to bat. Yet to see a wicket fall...

I just think that so far SL have outbowled us, at least Lakmal bowled better than everyone but Holder. It is worrying how ordinary Gabriel and Joseph have been. They've made it very hard for Kraigg, especially when you consider we left out a batsman to accommodate Al Jo. Chemar Holder must be a good shout to come in for the next game.

An excellent session for Sri Lanka after losing DDS in the first over of the day.
Both Nissanka and Dickwella made good use of the new ball and scored quickly— taking advantage of loose bowling from the Windies bowlers.
