Joint holder of the record. That's amazing feat. He's equalled Peter Fulton who got a 50 baller in 16/17.
He'll hit that in a FC match soonHaha, Allen was looking odds on for a list A triple hundred until that happened.
Fun as it was, I don’t so much of a future for him in internationals outside of T20 playing that way. International bowlers are too good to get away with trying to hit every ball for 4 or 6. Would have preferred to have seen him hit 128 off 130 balls tbh.
Firebirds finally perfected their PED program.Did he adopt this approach after it worked in the Super Smash, or has he always played this way and just.... failed? His career strike rate before the last game was in the mid 80s iirc, so nothing crazy like what we've seen from him recently.
depends if his singles game is as good as baz was. allen's always seemed more guptill than mccullum to me. baz was excellent towards the end in odis because he was hard to keep on strike.Haha, Allen was looking odds on for a list A triple hundred until that happened.

Doesn’t really have a singles game from what I’ve seen, or at least not one he trusts. The only ones he scores come from mis-hits or bunts into the onside when bowlers cramp him up.depends if his singles game is as good as baz was. allen's always seemed more guptill than mccullum to me. baz was excellent towards the end in odis because he was hard to keep on strike.
This is why I advocated for him not being in the NZ side yet. You don't survive for very long if you can't get off strike as a young player.Doesn’t really have a singles game from what I’ve seen, or at least not one he trusts.
