Balanced Averages Budget draft

Line and Length

Cricketer Of The Year
Also, with 14 players there does seem to be some long gaps between picks, so I am thinking of speeding it up by having 2 on the clock at any time, but will add a safety catch of needing a round to finish before the next one starts. Does anyone have any thoughts on this suggestion either for or against?
I like the idea but the second participant should only jump in after the first half of the first participant's time slot. I've used this successfully in previous drafts and it did speed things up. With an 8 hour time limit, next in line can jump in after 4 hours. The safety catch is a given.
