in practice it never quite works that way though. you do have to err somewhat on the side of picking younger, less proven players most of the time.

Wade for sure but that shot by Marnus was fair enough. Just how responsible is Marnus for the weakness of the batting beneath him? Hard enough to play accurate bowling and wonder should I play that shot because I might expose Wade?
