It's just common sense, format that's likely to have lowest dot ball percentage will have the slowest over rate not taking into account external factors.

Maybe or maybe not, but simply repeating what you said before is not addressing what I said. Furthermore, we don't actually know the amount different things contribute. T20 also seems to be much more conducive to standing around discussing whether or not Ben Laughlin should continue bowling full-tosses on leg stump (to give an example of the sort of benefit these long captain-bowler conversations tend to have—little). The amount of time fussing around with such things, checking the field one last time, etc., seems to me to be a lot longer than the amount of time it takes to fetch the ball and throw it back in.

This shows the ability of a quality producer of cricket. Fox's team should blow 7's out of the water but 7 largely focus their coverage on Ponting and get everyone to work around him whereas Fox love the ego's of Warne/Waugh/etc

In fairness it's always a gamble as to whether the ball hoops or not. I remember a couple of days in the Adelaide 2017 test there was no swing but on Night 3 it was hooping.

With the exception of South Africa, India have been by far the most competitive team against Australia since 1994. Even our dominant sides found India challenging.
