Not sure bowling Archer is the way to go when the umpires have already asked for the light meters.

And out comes the meter. Why do they think that Archer bowling bouncers around the wicket is a good idea?

The commentators keep saying the weather forecast is poor for tomorrow morning but better for the afternoon. This is only true in terms of rain, because very severe gales are forecast for the afternoon.

You guys will have covered this but THOSE dropped catches yesterday??? What was going on. I know it was dark but some of those were dollies. However credit to Azhar getting through and finally scoring a century and now vatting well again.

Rain and wind tomorrow may help Pakistan but I feel England are 2 wickets from forcing another collapse....and Jimmy a wicket from 600 !

Holy cow I thought you guys were exaggerating, those drops are horrendous and this is coming from a Pak fan.

Hoping we have enough play tomorrow for Azhar and Babar to bat on and for Jimmy to take 600.

but he also has a brains trust of Stokes, Buttler and Steve Smith..
I don't know that having a recidivist thug, a mindless slogger who applies no nous to long form cricket and a bloke who led a side which had a poorly co-ordinated ball tampering scandal as your three mentors will necessarily lead you in the right direction, but it's still early days for him.

Unfair on Buttler and Stokes there mate, don't you think?

Stokes was defending some people, maybe should not have acted as he did and has since come back and shown maturity on and off the field. Buttler seems a nice bloke and has adapted his game this series....I say that as a guy who called for him to be dropped a week ago.

SMith...well yeah that is all true.

Wouldn’t bother trying to talk sense with Burgey tbh. He’s a WUM. Personally, I hope Burgey gets sat on by a cow.

Stokes wasn't defending anyone. Acquitted owing to celebrity. Nothing more. Should be reading this online conversation in a 6x8 cell in Pentonville Road.

Buttler is a one trick pony. Feasted on lesser nations in longer forms and will be out of the side within 12 months.

Interesting but obviously biased opinions.
Regarding Stokes, perhaps if the charge had been for assault rather than affray the jury might have come to a different finding. It's also interesting that one of the 'victims' (Ryan Ali) was also charged with affray. You state that Stokes wasn't defending anyone yet two men (Kai Barry and William O'Connor) have stated otherwise. After Stokes' trial, he and Ali shook hands.
If found guilty, what sort of term would Stokes have faced? As the alleged 'crime' occurred almost 3 years ago, would he still be in "a 6x8 cell in Pentonville Road" if he had been found guilty? As one involved in the legal process, you are best placed to provide some sort of answer to these questions to support your statement.
