We did **** it up and it feels awful but Brentford did just come 3rd in the Championship. That would have seemed ridiculous a few years ago.

Regarding Pogba,,,I dunno really. I have defended him previously, but when the team goes into theses lulls he is never the man to bail them out.

Also jury out on Ole again, he probably gets them into the top 4 which at the beginning of the season most would have accepted, but last few games not shown much nous to suggest he is the man to get them any further.

We should have just played kids in the cup like Liverpool did. Solskjaer has a weakness for it, that was when he broke Rashford's back the first time too.

Worried about Sunday with Leicester having had 3 extra days rest. Wolves could bail us out if we lost, but if we'd won tonight we'd only need Chelsea to draw.

I still choke at the memory of seeing your team sheet pre match in January. Had more first choice selections playing than we did (not that ours were missing through choice)

Is Wigan's points deduction 100% confirmed.?

If not, would Barnsley go down instead, and what about Sheff. Wednesday, i thought there were also some points deductions hanging over them, or has that been sorted.

It’s a funny one because nobody cares if you go out early, but if you lose in the semi-final there’s an inquest.

I think most managers have to learn for themselves that there are hard limits on how many games someone can play at that level without breaking down or burning out. Klopp derailed his first full season really badly by not rotating for the cups, but he was only ever going to make that mistake once. Hopefully Solskjaer will figure it out, but I doubt it. His desperately unscientific attitude to fitness is his worst trait as a manager.

Well he played a few seasons for my lot and I hated him, yes he may have scored 2 against Everton in the FA Cup but a senior player who spends his time throwing his arms in the air every time the ball isn't played directly to feet and is too lazy to run and spends the time between 11-1 in the bookies on a match day eating mars bars is not the sort of person I want at my club. Absolute **** who decided to have an argument with a fan when he was abused for being the lazy arrogant **** he was. Was part of the disastrous Nottingham group who didn't train all season the year we went down, somehow they convinced us they should train at Forest a couple of days a week and when we paid Forest for there part in it they sent the money back as they hadn't seen them all season.

He probably has an inflated memory of how much he played in a season.
