ICC Sim League IX

Honest Hunks' bowling really ate up that batting lineup of the Supersonics. Having to face up to Lillee and Holding with the new ball, and then Bruce Yardly and Gary Gilmour. It's the pressure that got to them after conceding almost 180 runs in 20 overs. Something unheard of in 1977-79.

Have I been kicked out or not?

Was unable to really check CW for unforeseen reasons
Of course not mate. All we need from you at the moment is for you to finish picking your squad & to post your playing XI for Round 1 (including nominated captain).

Very impressive performance from SCC's bowling unit, Mick Malone seemingly not required, Batting lineup also largely untroubled. On the flipside Marshall & Snow both had an underwhelming match for the Unnamed.

The game was almost decided after the first two overs of the match, at which point Charter 77 was 4/2!

Whatever it takes!!!
SCC's bowling really over performed there... Unnamed batting let them down I feel. Charter77 feels very dependent on King Viv and when he does not fire the rest of the line up seems meh. Aluminium Batters on the other hand look extremely balanced.

Brilliant outing in the opener for us. The bowlers clicked as a unit. Could have shot them out for less than a 100 if Malone was given an over or two. Vanburn Holder impressed me though. Steely.
How many did the opening pair of Edgar and Haynes gave us? Lawrence Rowe played with his usual class. Looked like Vengsarkar took a liking to either Mushtaq or Eddie Barlow.

Seriously. Out of anyone Barlow bowls 4...

Even forgot he was a bowling option when picking my side.
