If you look at the way that the points are shared out, if NZ win 7 from their next 7 (a big albeit entirely possible ask) they're a pretty strong likelihood of at least finishing above India.IMO Australia will win the Indian series fairly convincingly, at least 3-1.
I could also see them conceivably white washing SAF over there, 12 months isn't a whole lot of time for SAF to rebuild a test side and Australia will be taking the best fast bowling attack in the world over there, with now a pretty settled batting lineup, although 12 months is a long time in cricket...
India more than likely win the English series 4 or 5 nil, with their current points lead, I can't see them missing.
I think it's going to be Aus vs India, regardless of what NZ do.
If NZ pick up maximum points that they'll finish on 540.
India have 360 points on the board and 2 series to play. Lets say they get a 4-0 win v England (something like 106 points) and then cop a 0-2 loss in Australia (about 24 points I think). They'll most likely land a little below the 500 mark.
