Over the long term - right now they tend to roll everyone regardless. Why do you think that? Toss results don't seem to affect India's results much at home.
yep, deck looks worse than its playing., and he's putting anything fractionally off away.To somebody watching: is Shaw really middling the ball?
inject some kind of video into my vein...missing the actionShaw is playing like a Japanese Colonel leading a banzai charge who doesn't see the GI with the flamethrower up ahead.

Nah that was hb, I argued against it. I don't think Vihari would be as bad an opener as you do but I'm a big Shaw fan so I was against leaving him out.PEWS can suck it for suggesting dropping Shaw for opening with ****ing Vihari, lol really? ****ing Vihari for Shaw opening in NZ? That'd be such a Azharuddin 90s move.
I reckon Vihari could make a decent opener tbh. As far as punts on middle order bats as openers go I think he has a reasonable chance of making it work. I don't think he's better than Shaw overall by enough to make it worth the punt though.
Yeah he's a gun, was the big name at the 2018 World Cup (even though Gill looked better to me watching it), scored a Test ton on debut against the West Indies not long after that tournament, but then spent a little while out with injury and then got banned for a few months for some sort of doping thing. This is basically his international comeback, but he's extremely highly rated as a young (still only 20) talent. I reckon he looks much more technically sound than Agarwal.Tell me about this Shaw bloke. Looks decent.
