Maybe it is a silly rule but it fits the theme of the draft, it's in the OP and it's staying.

Yes, it's a minimum of 5 bowling options. In your case Bevan would not count towards the 5 because he did not bowl in the 99 or 03 finals (Though Jaya did, so you're safe).

Except he did bowl in 96 and we're in the losers draft so Bevan does count as a bowling option.

I only just read the OP, so I'm officially okay with the rule stephen. My problem is PEWS enforcing it.
