Wade has certainly been consistent this year. 40, 20, 40 and now 44*

Nah I was talking about Joe Burns.I really hope PEWS' fraud comment wasn't directed at former 50+ averaging batsman Hilton Cartwright.
Fair play to the selectors. Marnus was averaging about 34 when he was picked for the Tests in the UAE from memory.Maddinson and Labuschagne closing in on the elusive FC 40.00 average.
Labuschagne scoring 113 (or 73*) will do it. Maddinson needs a few more (209 or 169*), especially given the Hobart pitch this game and he misses the next shield round to play the 3-day A game.
It would be nice if our test batsmen actually averaged 50+ in FC, but 40+ is a start.
Start supporting SACA imo and deal with Hunters Hunt and Jakey Weatherald.I honestly don't think I can deal with the Larkin thing for another 8 matches
It feels like a decade goes by each time he bats with that 36 strike rate. Can't believe Jake Doran is only 22. Feels like he's been around for the whole decade.
5 catches and 25* so far so having a good game
He's too slow even for red-ball cricket IMOTurns 23 tomorrow haha.
Looks 17. I get the feeling with Doran that hed be a better prospect in another era without any/much white ball cricket.
The only guys who have got into tests being relatively weaker one day options with his type of style are openers like Rogers and Cowan. Doran feels too one-paced batting in the middle in 2019.
