>inb4 CCP argue that systems don't play international cricket, countries do, and that the teams should merge under the single banner of China. If Hong Kong make it to the T20 World Cup then it will give us all something to smile about for a change
This is literally the fast bowling equivalent of a spinner who just tosses up pies waiting for the batsman to eventually hole out to the fielder in the deep
the fact you think marathon bouncer spells are pies and compare them to odi straight breaks says more about subcontinental cricketing inferiority than anything else.Yep. He just bungs it halfway down for five straight overs until someone gets bored and flaps at one.
I agree with them on an aesthetics/skill perspective tbh. I don't really enjoy watching Wagner much even though I know he's pretty good.the fact you think marathon bouncer spells are pies and compare them to odi straight breaks says more about subcontinental cricketing inferiority than anything else.

I do think Wagner would be more effective on a "turny road" than Jadeja would be on a "bouncy road" though, so he's better than Jadeja in general IMO.
McGrath was the primary pacer for me growing up, with Warne and Macgill the spin optionsThe **** is wrong with you, man?
It's why I always a soft spot in my heart for Chris Harris tbhif some weirdo finds a stupid way of being really good i'm all about that.
He has a really good bowling technique but like most of our cricketers he has really struggled for consistency.Roston Chase putting his hand up for this role (although he leans towards a batting all-rounder)
