You'd say he was unlucky to get a wicket last ball before the rain but overall we're lucky to only lose one wicket there
Yeah Warner could've nicked at least six of the balls that he missed. And Harris had an edge fall short. Basically as difficult of a period of bowling that one could expect, I don't think Harris did that much wrong there for example.

Would take 0/0 at the close of play.
Wasn't kidding with this ftr. In these conditions with our recent history, imperative is not to lose the Test in 40 overs. Don't care if we're "behind" by the end of the day so long as we're in the game.

tim paine should be a bro and go out and be a new ball watchman when the rain stops

Healy, predictably, talking complete nonsense about how Harris should have gotten forward to a ball above hip height.

Have to say the weather is so nice down here it hadn't occurred to be rain would be such an issue today. The north...

Those Broad deliveries were even better than I thought. Every one is absolutely unplayable. So many left-handers in that Australia lineup too.

If he wasn't bluffing then Paine has had the wrong idea of what to do at each of the three tosses I think.

Bluffing would make him look slightly less bad than genuinely wanting to bat, but you do wonder what the benefit was. England just come out thinking "these guys are captained by a clown".

You're right. England have definitely won the first 3.5 overs.
