Because he passed the initial concussion test. Obviously it was not adequate enough because he was not himself when he came back in. His shot choice was weird and how he got out was strange.

I heard or read something that match referees where going to have the ability to say a player could or could not bowl if they replaced a batsman who did not bowl. I almost posted something on here about it but decided not too.

Tbf hardly anyone has got out attacking, so both sides might have been too negative overall. Also thinking of how Khawaja got far more runs than Bancroft before having his defence exposed.

No they didn't? They delayed it but if lee/kaspagot out we'll never know if they would have stopped him. He was padded up iirc. Different anyway, because he had been diagnosed with a concussion.
