I actually think if they get a run a ball for the next 15, as long as they have wickets in hand they have a very good shot at winning.
Yes and after that they'll need Buttler. Without Buttler's contributions they aren't winning this.

Great catch from Sarfraz. Pakistan should win from here.
You'd think so. England's attack has been woefully shown up today, and you can't expect the batsmen to bail them out every time. Perhaps it will shut up some of the idiot commentators who've been massively arrogant about England's chances.

Only when there is pressure, in World Cups etc. For those utterly meaningless ODIs, when there is no pressure, it is a different story.
So you're saying it's the greatest form of bowling in the games that matter?

I couldn't agree more.

Had this been SA in place of England now we'd see the c-word 100 times in this thread.
It's censored on here TBF. But people don't dislike SA all that much, if you'd said Australia instead, I'd have agreed with you.

Yeah, they really shouldn't be conceding 300+ as often as they do, flat roads in England and all, but still.

The only thing to be said for finger spin is that anyone except a double amputee can bowl it.

Easy to learn, hard to master. Like all true artforms.

Then again, I don't expect an Australian to understand anything about art.

It’s easy to master. Toss it up, throw.a few blokes back, leave a gap at cover and mediocre blokes fall to it. Understandable you’d think that is somehow a secret o the ancient mystics, but it’s just dressed up dross

Buttler treating it as it should be right now.
