I guess it's a toss up between whether you think the last 3 wickets would put on more runs that the advantage of starting your bowling innings at night would give you.

I'd declare tbh. Would look dumb if you don't take any wickets though.

There's definitely a correlation. Not sure it's really that weird to have a tall guy who's a good batsman though

As I said, he looks like a bowler batting, which is weird to me given he's a top 4 FC batsman

Does anyone else find that the pink ball tends to turn into a blur? Out of red, white & pink I find it hardest to see, both IRL & on TV.

This Patterson/Cummins partnership perfect for SL so far; eating up time so increasingly unlikely they have to start batting under lights but not scoring so not damaging them on the scoreboard.

Bizarre how Oz have gone from stonewalling to attacking every ball with Cummins wicket.

Obviously they're doing it with if wickets fall that they get a crack at SL tonight but such and abrupt change suggests the tactics and communication within the Oz side aren't the best atm.

yeah this feels like classic batsman batting with #10 to me. it's not wild slogging or anything.

We literally have Indians, Sri Lankans, South Africans, Kiwis and Aussies in our office, which is great because there's usually someone to banter with.
