Fleming and McGrath make a truly rubbish commentary pair. Also 'speaking of fast bowlers, let's go down to Peter Siddle'. He hasn't been fast since about 2013.

While Lyon was getting very sharp turn I'm not surprised to see that Perera's gentle amount of pure sidespin is not turning at all.

I wouldn't be surprised if Dilruwan sent down a complete buffet of pies here. I remember really struggling with my release as an offie for a few weeks after having my thumb injured batting in the exact same way as happened to him today. My thumb was actually broken, but even after it "healed" I didn't feel I was bowling right at all for a while.

Would it be distinguishable from his normal bowling? Fact is he's a rubbish home-track bully who relies on over-friendly pitches and natural variation. Anyone getting out to him this series should be ashamed.

Everyone on this site just knew Cribbeh was a finger spinner before he mentioned it, didn’t they?

And he's off after one over. I wonder if he asked to be pulled due to the above or it was just such a **** over that he got pulled anyway.

It's not usually pies though, just very nonthreatening.

Fmd you’re Bolshie all of a sudden this week mate. A fortnight ago I was contemplating calling Beyond Blue for you during the India series.

We’re still **** you know? Just because they’re worse doesn’t make us good all of a sudde .

I remember Dilruwan having an absolute horror show in one of the Tests in India in 2017. Was the worst I've ever seen anyone bowl.

I never said we're good. Perera's just that bad.

Harris really wants to get out to those short balls. And those wide ones as well.

Can’t watch the pillow playing stiff legged, half press drives which will see him dismissed for <10 every dig in England anymore.

Switching to the Ted Bundy tapes on Netflix.

The criticism of Harris not playing much down the ground (while generally applicable to the Aus batsmen's rubbish front foot play) misses the fact that SL haven't exactly been pitching it up.
