Are both the TV and radio commentators contractually obliged to mention ********* WASP a certain number of times per innings? I can't think of any other good reason why they would - especially the more sensible radio blokes. Bloody annoying, imo.

Southee will never be dropped. A part of me is thinking maybe losing all the world cup games, with southee being main culprit, giving away a 100 runs every match, mayyy....may just be enough to convince the selectors that he is past it. I don't even know anymore. Today this **** will get another run with the new ball, while lockie is left ruing another chance in a role he deserves a crack at. Feel sorry for Kuggelejin, Bracewell, even Jamieson. Southee is holding them all up. And likely always will.

I do still rate Southee as one of our best ODI bowlers. But man, he seems to have a serious issue with shifting from red ball to white ball cricket these days. I'm sure come the India series Southee will probably look much more the part, but it definitely makes him a liability for a world cup.

Thought for a while myself he should have been dropped,but never looked at the stats.Just checked there,17 wickets at 43 in 2017,and 10 wickets at 53 last year.Crazy stuff

It's pointless for you and 99.9% of people on this forum (according to WASP).
But it's not us that it's aimed at. They'll be using it to be inclusive to the people that think it's helpful (ie. they probably think T20 is the best kind)
