Yes, the reason I was optimistic in the first place. Once we made that mountain of runs, this Test was always going to assume a very "Indian" character with the two spinners in tandem.

Tendulkar-vs-Dravid argument is settled by longevity. If Tendulkar played for 10 less years then I don't think the comparison could be settled so easily, at least not in favour of Tendulkar. In future, Kohli-vs-Pujara comparison can become like (Tendulkar minus 10 years)-vs-Dravid

Shaun Marsh deservedly getting criticism but in terms of senior bats, Khawaja been the bigger disappointment for mine.

Only one significant innings this series, barely making more of an impact than Marsh. By this stage of his career he should be doing much more.
